Address Beaumont Mill

Address Beaumont Mill is transforming the historic Beaumont mill site into a distinctive residential community that blends industrial character with modern apartment living. Currently under construction and scheduled for completion in Spring 2028 with first units to be delivered fourth quarter 2027, the 275-unit community features a thoughtfully designed four- and five-story building inspired by the site's rich textile heritage.
