Brightleaf Townes is a 72-unit urban-infill brownstone-style community currently under construction in Greenville's emerging Dickinson Avenue corridor. The project consists of three buildings and will utilize the historic Cupola building for the amenities and leasing areas. Completion is planned for the fourth quarter 2027.
The community draws inspiration from the area's historic Ficklen tobacco warehouse heritage while offering modern living.
