Spinning Mill Lofts is a 255-unit project that transformed the historic Clayton Spinning Company into a one-of-a-kind residential community that honors the property's industrial past while giving it new life for the future. Located in the heart of Downtown Clayton, the redevelopment thoughtfully restored the 126+ year-old textile mill and incorporated new three-story residential buildings to create a connected, walkable community.
Original architectural features, including expansive windows, historic materials, and the mill's distinctive character, were preserved throughout the project, allowing the site's history to remain an integral part of the resident experience. The project has an extensive amenity area located in the mill building leading out to a resort-style pool.
