Drew Baricko serves as CFO for Taft Family Ventures. With more than 35 years of progressive experience in the real estate and banking industries, Drew is a seasoned financial executive known for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial discipline. As CFO, he has led complex financial operations across diverse real estate portfolios, development projects, lending operations and investment ventures, while maintaining a strong focus on performance optimization and stakeholder value. Prior to recently joining TFV, he served as a Controller at a Raleigh-based owner and operator of multifamily properties and a construction company. Additionally, he served as the CFO at a private NYC firm, which secured and developed residential and retail properties which were part of two real estate funds they managed and operated. He oversaw all financial matters including financial reporting, tax return preparation, investor relations, treasury operations, payroll and benefits. Drew holds an MBA from Fairfield University and a BA from Sacred Heart University.
